Well, someone's going to have to be available to show it to prospective buyers and answer their questions.
It would probably be a good idea if you and your aunt held an "open house" there one weekend so that people could come see it. (If the utilities are currently on.)
You'll want to make up a fact sheet listing the house's information. (That will contain stuff like the # square footage, # bedrooms and bathrooms, the size of the lot, and etc.)
Make up a bunch of them so that anyone who's interested can pick up one of the sheets and take with them after touring the house.
Does your aunt and uncle own the house outright or are they making payments on it?
