Actually, we did OK. Bay Saint Louis MS remained the ols town that could comfortably house people making 12K or 1.2M on their own lots, a block or so from each other. We did this despite the first gambling casino land use (referendum passed in Hancock CO. MS by less then 1%. Best part of it was that we did it openly, "by the book" and in a way that gave - or was designed to give - everyone a feeling and experience of participating and owning. Myt colleauge on the commission than was just elected mayor.
There IS a desperate need to do health care and health maintenance better! Sewing up a few mouths would be a good beginning!
