A blast from the past

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/1392791.stm

"I looked the man in the eye. I found him to be very straight forward and trustworthy and we had a very good dialogue. I was able to get a sense of his soul."  Oh, did you now, Mr. Bush? Didn't you see anything conniving and dangerous in there?

The Russian reaction to Obama's visit proves just how badly Bush misjudged Putin. The Russians have fallen under Putin's spell and have no respect-or use-for the U.S.

"...just how badly Bush misjudged Putin."

Maybe its just me, but Putin reminds me of Charles DeGalle.

We sure have had more then our fair share of dimwits in the White House. Remember Jimmy Carter, he still hasn't met a third world dictator he doesn't love.

Early in my blog, I posted the statement that Carter should shut up and go build some more Habitat for Humanity houses. My opinion hasn't changed.

Have you ever read the PJ O'Rourke essays on Carter? Hilarious.

Birds of a feather stick together. Or is it destroy the nation together?
