Well that series, Life After People, is sure that in the long run the alligator will lose since fully grown it is the far smaller of the two.

Dunno how it's done in Burma.
But we heah - first you make a roux, then you cut up the pepper and the onion, and you get some garlic and cayenne, and you cut up maybe ten pounds of the gator, then...
